About Me

A little more than what's on the resume.

Hi, I'm Cameron. I am graduating May 2026 with degrees in Computer Science and Business Analytics from the University of San Diego. Starting August 2026 I'll be joining BlackRock's Aladdin Client Business team in Seattle as a Program Analyst.

My background sits at the intersection of data science, machine learning, and business strategy. I've interned at Cisco and AMD, managed analytics for USD's D1 baseball team, and built everything from ML platforms to a Unix shell in C. Outside of work I'm a lifelong Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots fan, skier, runner, and weightlifter. The widgets below pull in some live data around a few of my interests.

Red Sox Scores

I have always been a fan of Baseball, specifically the Red Sox. I follow the Red Sox extremely closely and have my entire life. I grew up watching games with my Grampa and Dad, and regardless of the outcomes, I will always be a die-hard fan. This widget pulls live game data from the MLB Stats API.

Stock Ticker

This widget pulls live stock prices via Finnhub's API for three intriguing companies. Market movement and macro-trends have always fascinated me; during COVID I spent a lot of time digging into economic theory and financial markets (Nerd alert). My Business Analytics degree has only deepened that interest, and joining the FinTech industry feels like a natural extension of wanting to sit at the intersection of both degrees.

City Map

Using the search functionality above, you can find a city and view its location on the map. I have always been fascinated by geography and maps, and this widget allows me to combine that interest with my technical skills. My bedroom is full of different city, world, and country maps, and this widget is a digital extension of that passion. Something about geography and the way cities are laid out has always intrigued me. I tend to spend too much time enjoying games like GeoGuessr and Globle where I can challenge myself on my geography knowledge.

City Weather

This widget provides real-time weather information for the selected city, including temperature, humidity, and wind speed. I would be lying if I said I have always been fascinated with weather, but I figured it was a great add-on to my city exploration widget, just in case you want some more context on the city's climate.
